I paid 3 grand for a statue that was not broken & when delivered her fingers were missing. I called the store to ask them to please look around where she had been and their delivery truck. They didn’t call back so I went there to show them the photos I had taken when I bought it. The employee had the nerve to tell me that my photo could be of the statue taken somewhere else!! I told her I had a photo of it in front of their shop. The owner never offered any kind of adjustment. He sent 3 photos of other statues that I guess he was hoping I’d trade for. I want the one I bought. My neighbors all said he should be giving a partial refund because I have to find someone to remake her fingers. The owner was VERY rude hoping I’d just accept it. You can see in photos that she had fingers when I bought it and them missing when it was delivered. Such a shame that a customer is treated like this when I paid a lot of money!!

The roses BARELY lasted me a week… I asked the lady who works there what the difference is between roses from here and from a normal grocery store and she said it’s that they last longer. Mind you, they were $75! Very overpriced…

River Oaks plant house (and Edwardo) did an absolutely incredible job with our wedding flowers. They were so helpful in figuring out how to bring our vision to life and truly went above and beyond! Edwardo was amazing throughout the whole process and the wedding wouldn't have been the same without his help. Can’t recommend them enough for any event - we love River Oaks Plant House!

Today is my friend's birthday, so I wanted to gift her a flower-adorned cart 🛒as a special present. I explained my requirements to the florist, and the shop owner enthusiastically helped me create a cart entirely decorated with flowers. Firstly,I was worried about how it would turn out since there wasn't any examples, but the final result was excellent, and my friend loved it! Many thanks to the florist for their patient assistance, the best gift I have send ever!!! Highly recommended
